EventsHouse not only plans your event, but we help create and curate your event from the first phone call all the way to the big day. We're unexpected, we're edgy, we're spontaneous. We're also classic, we're tasteful, and we're elegant. We bring your style as well as your story to life in the small details of your event.

What does 'Create and Curate' mean?

Create and Curate means that EventsHouse will not only plan and organize your event from A-Z, and manage day-of coordination. We envision with you, and ensure that every part of your event is part of the story of that vision. Each part of the day will add to the overarching feel and story of your event. We care about ensuring a cohesive vibe on the day whether it's a casual birthday backyard party, a romantic wedding, or a well-organized company retreat

What services are provided?

Clients can expect full Event Design and Production, Lists and Booking of Preferred Vendors, Decor Coordination and Production, Day of Coordination, Attendance and/or Consultation on Vendor Meetings, Budget Plan, Event Production Timeline, Event Itinerary, Unlimited Communication between EventsHouse and Client. Clients will have the choice to work add Custom and/or Monogrammed touches such as Favours, Napkins, Place cards, Invitations, Menus, Playlists, Slideshows/Visual aids and more.

Can you work with my budget?

Every event is unique and so is every client. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver compelling experiences at every event while maintaining the client's budget plan. We will work with your budget to our fullest effort. Any overages are discussed and confirmed with you beforehand.

What will be my experience as a client?

As a client, you will fill out our contact form here, or call us for even quicker access. We will send you a questionnaire to get more details about your event and set a date for an initial consultation where we discuss your needs. We're interested in getting to know you and your family or company so that we can start creating the bigger picture for the event. Throughout the event you will receive a budget plan, a timeline, and a payment timeline. Throughout our relationship, you have unlimited communication with us for all of those 'off the top of my head' questions. You will have access to everything we work on for your event. You will have a pre-event meeting with us  to go over any finer details and make sure that we are all on the same page. Once we make it to the big day, EventsHouse will be on hand to manage all day-of coordination from the beginning to the end of your event. After the event, you will be contacted for feedback. 

Do I have to use your vendor list?

Absolutely not! Our preferred vendor list is a community of amazing companies that we've worked with and we can stand by the quality of their work. That being said, our job is to bring YOUR vision to life and we would love to help you book vendors of your own choosing as well. 

Do you do fundraising or Not-For-Profit events?

It is a goal of EventsHouse to always give back to the community. So we would be honoured to be involved in your Fundraising, charitable and not-for-profit events.
